The USS LST Ship Memorial is the last fully operational WWII Landing Ship, Tank in the United States, and is dedicated to these very important ships and the men who served on them. The USS LST 325 was one of the over 200 that participated in the Normandy Landings. Tours of the ship are guided as the ship is fully operational, and run on the hour with the last tour going on ship at 3:00 PM.

The museum is interesting but hard to keep attention up with small children and teenagers. Unless you are a history guroo this is not your thing.

Completely amazing story and brilliant that it still exists. Should not let this place disappear! Good for anyone interested in WW II history, naval history, Indiana history, or American history.

I could write a detailed description of the tour, but all I really need to say is that this ship was on the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944. An honor to be able to walk thru a bit of history.

My boys (16 and 12) both love history---and boats! The tour was interesting and informative. It was very warm inside the ship and on deck on a 85 degree day. Take a cold water with you! We really enjoyed the visit.

I cannot remember exact amount!! I think it was 10.00 for adults and a couple dollars less for children.You would not be able to get below with a wheel chair.I do not know about any discounts.I hope this helps!!
