Love packing up the family for a picnic. It's a great place for taking pictures as well with the garden tunnel, covered bridge and wooded paths.

I enjoy distance walking, and the park is a great site. There are a number of sidewalk paths, and one even includes a "workout trail" with suggestions for various jumping jacks, lunges, etc The round lake and covered bridge especially are worth the visit.

We enjoyed the water scenery as we walked around the park. There were areas to enjoy a picnic lunch and also go for a run the the beautiful wooded slopes.

Hi, we have not paddle boat rentals in this park, however , you can walk, run , and play different sports. Its almost a mile from downtown . I recomend to stay on Indigo Hotel in front crossing the street.

One restroom is between the playground and the pond. It is less than 0.10 of a mile.
