I would recommend this place for a great chance to walk around outside on the rocks or in the woods along the river. Bring a squirt bottle and toothbrush if you really want to see some cool fossils. Lots of fun!

We stopoed on our way to Louisville. Nice trail behind the interpretive center that leads out to the beds. Saw some even fishing in the river. Gorgeous trails along the river to bike or walk.

This place is wonderful. The fossils are amazing. I plan to return when the water is lower. This is a great place for adults or children.

Not far off I-65, this is a great stopping place for a pleasant view of the river and falls, both of which have incredible historic significance for L'ville and steamboat traffic. Few people even know that these falls exist. If you have time, a visit...More
