A lovely place to visit loads to look at very interesting with it being Agatha Christie's Holiday home the volunteers are fantastic very knowledgeable and helpful they do the national trust proud

Went by steam train from kingswear, steap walk up from the station and about 20minute walk to the entrance. Very interesting and a real gem, so make sure you visit.

A lovely house (National Trust property) well worth a visit ..plenty of parking but you do have to book car park in advance of your visit. The gardens are lovely ..dont miss the views from the Boat house of the River Dart.

Have found some info for NT to suggest that under 5s go free. Over 5s can have their £10 junior membership.

Coincidentally, looking through some literature from our West Country trip, I see that there is also a ferry to Dartmouth from Dittisham in case the latter is more convenient for you as a starting point.
