We make the trip to this venue in St Charles about twice a year - we live 4 1/2 hours away. The excellent atmosphere and quality of acts bring us back. Very friendly staff, a cool new speakeasy upstairs and great sound at the concert can't be beat. Restrooms could use an overhaul but always have a fun time here.

From the minute you walk in you can feel the history. The theater has great sound and sight lines and as s bonus there are several dining options within walking distance.

I am so pleased with the venue- we went to the speakeasy upstairs for a great show. I am so happy that they allow all ages- it can be really difficult to find something that the entire family with two teenage boys will enjoy.

We attended the Windy City Elvis Impersonator Competition here, and even though we were in row M (the 3rd from the back) we had no trouble seeing, hearing, etc. The small theatre is a treasure that provides an intimate experience for everyone in the house. Parking is easy, close and free. It's wonderful to be able to enjoy live entertainment... More

The seats were very good there. Kind of intimate . The acoustics were wonderful. We felt like he was singing to us personally. This theater makes memories and a great time. There are many groups and single artists throughout the year. We recommend it very highly. Nostalgic!

Good show by a 75 year old legend. Production activity and the facility supported the great efforts by good entertainers.

So imaginative! Makes you want to dress in the period. The waiters and waitresses are dressed like flappers. You go up in a quiet elevator and go through a secret door in a bookcase to get to the room. The room is filled with small tables and chairs, a few velvet couches and a stage. We didn't have dinner, but... More

I stopped in for a performance of "The Musical Box" -- this place is a charm. It's an old-style theater complete with balcony seating and a main floor. The seating is a bit odd -- some is standard theater-style seats, but some (in the center and right near the stage) is stackable (but comfortable and quite plush) chairs. They have... More

Awesome concert especially if you are from the Chicago area. The groups took you back to younger days. If you get a chance well worth cost. You won't be disappointed!! This is a great venue for entertainment. They have a great lineup coming in the future.

I love the old time feel of this theater. As such, the seats are a bit worn and some parts look better than others but the small venue ambiance is a good one. I saw Masters of Illusion there a few months back. It was pretty good for a magic show. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I'm going back... More
