I visited the zoo with my wife and our kids. I remember when I was a kid in high school in the late 80s and how bad the zoo was back then. The lions and tigers were in concrete rooms with a concrete bench to...More

The Peoria zoo is a smaller zoo. However it is a wonderful zoo with a little of everything. We have been members for many years.

This place is a rip off. You pay all that money for admission and when you get in all the animals are sleep or just laying down out of the way. The kids hated it.

Love this little zoo. It is a great family retreat for a fun day for the entire family. Keep up the good work Peoria Park District.

This zoo isn't worth your money, it is tiny, and barely bigger than a park. While there isn't much to do in Peoria, this was certainly a disappointment.

Sorry, didn't see wheelchairs. Check out Goodwill and Salvation Army to see if they have any for sale to use while in Peoria. It's cheaper than renting, and then you can donate it back when you leave for the next person... More
