This area has nice shops for several blocks with unique items, a delicious bakery, friendly people and quiet areas to enjoy. During the summer there are concerts and car shows along with many other activities.

I went for lunch. Has a very nice outdoor patio. It's a limited menu (not many healthy non-meat options, but the food is very good. Service was good. On the pricey side.

Great place to take a walk no matter the day or time. The shops are great to stop into as they each offer something different.

Charming town square. Good place to window shop if you're on a budget and shop shop if you're not. J.Crew, Williams Sonoma, several clothing boutiques, and the snazziest Starbucks I've seen anywhere.

Market Square is the town's heartbeat and should not be missed. The area includes an assortment of boutique shops and restaurants to choose from. Visiting the square during the holidays with the lights strung around trees is an added bonus.

Market Square in Lake Forest is the oldest planned shopping center in the country. It is filled with local boutiques, some larger chains (William Sonoma, J. Crew), and a charming center green and fountain. Lovely!
