We choose to do this tour as we had done the other tour and this one just went one way down the river and then out to the lake. This was cool watching them open up the locks to let the boats come and go....More

Really enjoyed this cruise. It was nice to see the city from the water and to get out onto the lake also. Kids were a bit bored but the adults enjoyed it!

My wife and I recently bought tickets through Viator for this tour. We did learn about Chicago architecture but our guide was not at all engaging and made the tour less than exciting. Part of any tour is to be informed and entertained as you...More

I jumped on-board a Mercury river tour as a last minute decision, as it was the next one leaving. At $35 I believe it is one of the cheaper tour operators, and that may have resulted in a lower quality tour. All the boats seem...More

Had a spectacular night tour of the river and the lake. The guide gave us information about the buildings we passed in the river. Since many also had connections to movies, our teen boys were just as interested as we were. I can't compare this...More

Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a

I Order my tickets online and I got my confirmation number down with my receipt. I took a picture of my conformation number and everything else on my phone that are locked in my phone. But I can't print my tickets out because I don't have a printer plus I lost my tickets but I do have proof that I bought them.
