My daughter and I have done a girls' spa day here for the past several years. The massage therapists are first-rate. I have never had a deep tissue massage anywhere else that compares to here. Other reviewers' complaints are valid...the manicure area is very small, and they do not offer gel manicures, which seems odd (the technicians agreed). The relaxation... More

Tried SoulCycle (super fun) and my out of shape self needed some help the next day. Made an appointment online at 2am for the next evening. Nice facility, receptionist did not hesitate when I said I did not want to change into a robe (BIG pet peeve of mine when spas force you to don their gear), lovely waiting area... More

A Little pricey, but well worth it - if you're looking for the classic spa experience, though, this is the place One thing I can vouch for is the consistency of quality that the Peninsula hotel/spas offer. I've been to 3 Peninsula locations and haven't been disappointed yet. The spa experience @ the Peninsula is what a spa experience should... More

The massage was great. The staff was attentive and the locker area with steam shower was really well appointed and maintained. Lovely flavored water and cold cucumber towels. The only draw back was the relaxation room, which is one of my favorite parts of any spa experience. Unfortunately the small quiet room here is also a hallway, with three entrance... More

Erika's a wonder. She knows nails, so even in a cold spell, my cuticles stay in tact. Erika also knows how to tell a story. What a bonus.

The Spa area is located on the 20th floor. Perfectly lovely deep tissue massage. Men's locker room has a great eucalyptus steam room and spacious individual showers. No sauna or jacuzzi.
