Did not know what to expect till we got in. It was fascinating, exciting and sometimes a bit scary. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience for all, both young and old.

Three adults going through this may have been the funniest thing I've done in a long time. We jumped, we screamed, one of us got hit in the face. It's worth the money for the laughing alone. We acted like kids but it was fun. The mirror maze was pretty awesome too.

My wife and I took my son (7) through the fun house last weekend. We only opted to do the fun house as the other attractions with it seemed to be motion rides (which my son dislikes). Not sure as this was kind of a random visit, but we stuck with just the maze anyhow. (spoilers) I was kind of... More

Disappointing. Total time was about 20 min and we took our time. My 9 years old did appreciated though, and only paid 18$ on Groupon, this is why it's not a 1 star.

This place looked amazing on-line! Our family enjoyed visiting, but I was slightly disappointed in the size. The maze does not last very long and even my 7 year old said that it was too short. The other games are lots of fun!

My husband and I were walking along the pier and we went into the Navy Pier to head back to our hotel and came across the Amazing Chicago's Funhouse Maze. We decided to give it a shot and so we could be silly and feel like kids again. There are multiple rooms with different types of mazes. We were really... More

Stopped in here with the kids (17, 11, 9) as my 9 yr old saw the sign and begged. Read other reviews quickly which reminded me to search for a Groupon. Ended up with pass for 4 people for around $19. Kids and hubby had fun time but made it through all 3 attractions in under 20 min. Bottom line... More

I purchased a groupon for this activity so I felt like we got our money's worth. My 13 year old and I opted for the easier route in the maze. We went through it pretty quickly so we'd probably pick the challenging one next time. We had fun going through the maze. It didn't seem scary or frustrating. My 11... More

Based on website, this appeared to be a fun maze for children to go through- "Interactive games, informative narration and a good sense of direction will help you find your way out and bring the history of Chicago to life!"(-from website) After we paid for myself to go through with my 6 year old, I see signs stating, "Not recommended... Went there for the maze but didn't end up actually doing it. Was a little more than what we wanted to spend. The other two though- the Time Freak and Atomic Twist though were fun. And only $2 each person per game. So family of 4 played each for $16. Those were fun and never seen those elsewhere so something... More

Staying in Streeterville

Neighbourhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
