With an array of changing exhibits, the CHM is a must see on a visit to Chicago. There is a diorama of the Chicago Fire, a fascinating collection of Lincoln memorabilia, an exhibit devoted to "Chicago" music, etc. Great time.

This museum is worth a visit but make sure you plan enough time. Minimum 3 hours in my opinion. We were lucky Groupon had an offer but even with no discount it is worth it. And they have a small cafeteria if you get thirsty...More

I stay with my son .There are affordable hotels-lincoln hotel,hilton home woods apartments,The James hotel is quite near.
