The neo-gothic tower's signature is the exterior collection of stones from other famous edifices, like the Parthenon, St. Peter's Basilica, Notre Dame, the White House and most recently, the Berlin Wall.

149 stones from around the world are in the front walls of the tower. Pieces of history. WGN live radio being broadcast in the first level, fun to see and hear.

One of Chicago's best kept secrets. Pieces of historical locations and far away places are imbedded in the walls all around the building. Incredible. Gorgeous building, too.

Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan
Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent
Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago
River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out
neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the
place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with
shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and
dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale.
