Beautiful for Pictures and View!

Of course one Michigan Ave is a must while in CHITOWN! The architecture in Chicago is gorgeous and the bridge is a good way to see it all.

This is one of the many beautiful and charming brides sprinkled throughout the city and its just nice seeing the city and river from them. Worth a nice stroll.

A walk across, around or underneath the bridge is definitely worth the time. I suggest descending the nearby stairs and walk along the river. It is always vibrant and can be quite crowded, especially during the noon hour when business people descend from the skyscrapers to enjoy a bit of the outside air and numerous eateries. Great on a sunny... More

Many many bridges, I think over 30 or so. what makes them fascinating is that they are all draw bridges that are so well balanced that total of eight (8) men, four on each side, can pull up a bridge just a little over one (1) minute, in case of a power outage.

Great to take pictures and see the buildings alongside the river. I went there with my family and it was pretty cold of course.

Day or night, sunshine or rain, views of the river and some of Chicago's most famous buildings is fantastic. Take the stairs down to the Riverwalk when you get tired of taking pictures!

Walked through the bridge it was bit on the draker side but gave a good view of the river side and the ferries passing by. Very noisy with heavy traffic all the day while so was on an average walk through the bridge. It is much beautiful when you are down the bridge.

We took advantage of the views to get some great photos. Some interesting things to look at on and around the bridge.

I enjoyed reading the plaques on the bridge, The view of the river was beautiful. And the architecture was interesting. I only wish it had not been so cold and rainy. I would have loved to take a little more time in crossing the bridge.
