Expensive tourist trap. Yes, the view is awesome, but it's not cheap and was way overly crowded! They do offer a little education before you head up...that was interesting. I had to do it because it was my daughters birthday and it's something she chose to do.

Best view over Chicago. Get ready to wait in lines until you get to the sky deck. It was worth it. You can't miss it if you're in the city.

This was a great experience. Just being 103 stories high and standing on a glass floor looking down. Wont lie it did scare me some. Went early in the morning and it was crowded but not disgustingly crowded. I will say go as soon as it opens and not around 11 through 6 as the lines are terrible and you... More

We went on a holiday so there were a LOT of people. Very thankful for City Pass...when we got there it was a 2 hour wait, however with City Pass we got through in about 25 minutes.

Book in advance, get there very early as this place gets rammed with people. We qued for nearly 2 hours. Im sure its possible to book online as others skipped the que also. Although once you are up at 360 the view is incredible and being able to go out in the little box that hangs over the side of... More

I'd say this is a must see - the view is amazing! It's on the 103rd floor of the building. They have the "ledge" where you step out in a glass box- you are about 4ft out of the building in the box. It's like being suspended in midair. Crazy adventure for those with a fear of heights. It made... More

Great family activity for out of town company. Even though it was hazy, still a fantastic view. Lines are long, Pre buy tickets on your phone and skip the lines after security.

Well, the secret about getting there early in the AM to avoid lines is out. My sister and I got there 20 min. before it opened on a Sunday to find a long line. Luckily, it moved rather quickly. The line upstairs to take pictures in the windows was slow- we ended up hopping out of it and doing the... More
