Ok, so it's expensive but the convenience is worth it if you are a hotel guest. Who wants to drive after a good rub down? The atmosphere is a bit dramatic if a little sterile but altogether sergically clean. The experience and talent of the staff ranges widely. Choose wisely. I got Randy for a Swedish. Like a Tibetan monk... More

This is a nice spa but is quite a bit over priced compared to other spas in the area that offer better amenities. Such as the Coeur D'Alene Casino spa that offers soaking pools at no extra charge. I had a 75 min massage, 20 min scalp treatment, 20 min foot treatment and 20 min dry brush treatment. All were... More

Nicolle was fantastic. Used hot stones and excellent pressure for real, therapeutic, deep tissue massage. Excellent facility.

We visited the resort for lunch and shopping and enjoyed everything about the resort. Red geraniums against the lush green is spectacular. Parking is valet and there are great boutiques where my friend and I found unique clothing at fair prices. Lunch on their deck was outstanding as well as the view of the lake and mountains. We'd go back.

A wonderful experience with amazing views of the lake! A special thank you to Erica R who did an amazing job on my facial - so relaxing and so worth the splurge. Cassie B also did a good job on my pedicure. This is a special spa in a special location.

The mattress needs to replace; one side is sink to the bottom. The vanity needs more lights; so dark I can't put make up on. One font desk person was not friendly at all. I have to say, he is pretty lazy. Other than that, the property is well maintain. The view is amazing from my room. Room is very... More

Not what we expected, we were in a room next to the pool and the lamp was broken when we went in but, the trip was as a gift so I was more laid back about it. I'd like to try it again and ask for a room as far away from the pool as possible.

Janis is a first-class pedicurist in what must be the spa room with the best view: the waters of Lake Coeur d'Alene and surrounding mountains. Add fragrant water to sip or your choice of chilled champgne or fresh Starbucks and life is great. A full-service spa, the ambience of casual elegance, fine food, excellent staff and full service make the... More
