We hiked this hill every morning we were in Coeur D'Alene. Lots of natural wildlife to see including fox and osprey. We took a time out and stopped on the beach. Many people were swimming. One could easily do the perimeter trail in an hour...More

The trails can be a little confusing but we always found our way out. There are high trails and low trails -- lots of beautiful water scenery along the way. Some of the trails on the higher walks are a bit rough -- but not...More

This trail around Tubbs Hill is fun. Great views and not very difficult. Most people should be able to tackle this trail quite easily. Go early, as people say it gets somewhat crowded. We arrived at 8am and it wasn't very crowded.

Beautiful park off the lake. A must see and do. Many take their towels and swim in the different little coves. Pathways are easy enough being natural and unpaved. We didn't go all the way around/up but to the point to view the full lake....More

Walked the 2 mile loop around the perimeter of the hill. The trail is gravelly in spots but easy incline and declines. Lots of views of the lake and there are various places you can stop for a dip in the lake . Enjoy!

Tubbs Hill is not wheelchair friendly, unfortunately it is a dirt trail that is narrow with many stumps, rocks, and unevenness.
