Had lunch in downtown Boise and stopped by Freak Art Gallery to look at the murals. Amazingly creative art ... and a little scary what is inside some people’s heads! We enjoyed our self guided tour down the alleyway. Spent about 30 minutes.

Stumbled upon this alley after first arriving in Boise and was honored to be a contributor. A great positive use of public space.

Freak Alley changes every six weeks and is worth seeing every six weeks. Some of the art (Jimmy Hendricks in broken mirror) is worth keeping up forever, but it is not how it works. The talent of the local artist runs the gamete an there...More
