I've run, walked and driven over this bridge. That it's an Oregon Trail Bridge is barely noticeable, and only if you read the plaque would you even notice it's anything more than a way to get over the river. Nothing architecturally spectacular or historically stunning...More

We see this beautiful bridge everytime we travel Capitol Blvd. in Boise. Take time to think about all those early pioneers that traveled the Oregon Trail. They are the reason we have a beautiful Treasure Valley.

Just a nice little bridge with historical marker for a good photo op – worth a stop to check it out on a walking tour of the city.

As far as bridges go, this one is neater than most. Honestly I don't critique bridges enough. Lots of people walk on it though.
