We took our four year old to the Electricity exhibit. Although she was a bit young for a lot of the displays, we still had a blast! We loved that the staff mingled and helped explain what we were looking at. We can't wait for the next exhibit!

This place has an exhibit going on about electrical currents. My kids were very excited to go. When we got there, several of the displays did not work or were partially malfunctioned and several of this displays had nothing to do with electrical currents. They were random, uninteresting displays that seemed to be there just to take up space. Very... More

We take our grandchildren there often. It is a terrific learning experience and lots of fun. What constitutes science is actually hands on fun exhibits. They work with all types of mechanical devices and materials. The newly refurbished facility regularly changes their exhibits so the kids are never bored after repeat visits. Science meets fun.

A few of the exhibits were broken during our visit, but my children found plenty to entertain themselves for the afternoon. Bubbles, air brake chair, and shadow wall were favorites.

This is a hands-on science center for the young and old. There are plenty of science gadgets to keep the kids thrilled, and remind parents of the things they learned centuries ago. Ample parking. This science center abuts the Julia Davis Park and is about a block from the Boise City Zoo. The staff is helpful and friendly and constantly... More
