It was an unforgettable evening with friends on Valentine's Day. We were surpised near the end of the performance with a special surprise guest USHER. Andrea gave us not one but five encores.

Went to see Andrea Bocelli here. The concert was phenomenal. Getting into the concert was frustrating, poorly planned. A HUGE crowd was trapped outside and could not get inside in a timely fashion as only two doors were admitting people inside. The venue was clean and pleasant.

Seating is very comfortable in this arena (padded seats). The temperature inside was nice (40 outside). Free parking and also had valet parking if needed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This is a typical large venue. Traffic to reach it by car is very time consuming. Parking is open air and may be far from the entrance (I believe valet parking was $25). Entrance process is efficient with metal detectors. Hard plastic chairs with short space in front of the chairs for your knees. Expensive food and drinks. Steep inclines... More

We went for the Trans Siberian Orchestra. It was easy parking, a short walk, and finding our seats was easy. Traffic was not bad either when the event let out as they had police directing it.

This Gwinnett Center appeared to have several areas for concerts; there were other events going on in the same area. I was in a hotel shuttle, but traffic appeared to be well routed and flowing well.

We attended a concert at this arena and had seats on the floor. There are quite a few steps down to the floor and my wife has bad knees and walks with a cane. We asked one of the many event staff how to reach our seats and she cheerfully said we could walk down the steps or, if we... More
