The park is beautiful and well maintained. The waterfalls are amazing. The trails are in great shape and you can take it easy or not, Lots of stairs to climb if you are up to it. They are some real huffers

The forest is seriously beautiful, really exotic. Excellent for hiking and natures trails. The Panther Creek Falls Trail is a must-do activity for nature lovers.

The forest offers many beautiful place to see and take a lot of pictures. I wouldn't go during a rainy day.

We drove through this area; winding roads with great scenery, and occasional terrific views. Plenty of hiking available as well. Bring the camera. Can get busy starting in the summer months, so consider getting into the area early. So lucky to have this within driving...More

The views were very good at the top. The park has several trails you could enjoy if you like to hike. Camping is also available if you have the time.

There are numerous nice cabins in Rabun County. If you plan to head further north check out cabins in Piegon Forge. Most of these can be found on TripAdvisor.
