Going to the GEHC is a relaxing way to spend a morning. There is hiking, a museum, and periodic special events. If you are in the area you need to stop by and learn about our area.

This is a great place to run or walk. It is serene and relaxing. There is a cool suspension bridge and a small waterfall along the trail.

I visited with grand children during a scout outing. I never knew about this place, but it's very impressive and something different for see and learn about.

Center regularly has unique events. So watch calendar for what fits your family's interest. We attended the Button Gwinnett Festival and enjoyed learning about Revolutionary era clothing, crafts and life. You can enjoy the rest of the center's permanent exhibits while you're there. $8 admission.

Love to take a walk on the trails...there are several depending on your capability. Inside is a gift shop and a great place for children. Check their website and calendar for their upcoming activities.

I like local hiking trails, which offer nice scenery and easy walking, tis offers both. I like the lack of tourists the most.

I live a few miles from this and it took me years to know it was there. Really great paths and trails.

Either as a family or with a class, this makes for a great day of being indoors and out. The trails are well marked, the displays are good, and the ropes course looks interesting. They have ziplining, too! My son loves it here!
