The Cornell Fine Arts Museum at Rollins College is a teaching museum that stimulates transformative encounters with works of art while integrating art learning into daily life for campus and community. Set on the Rollins College campus overlooking beautiful Lake Virginia, the Cornell Fine Arts Museum offers an intimate and unique experience in Winter Park. Among the more than 5,500 works ranging from antiquity to contemporary, we hold the only European Old Masters collection in the Orlando area, a sizable American art collection, and the forward-looking Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art, shown both at the museum and at The Alfond Inn a few blocks from campus. As an educational unit of Rollins College, we are a museum dedicated to teaching through and with art. We strive to engage visitors of all ages with our collection and to share our innovative exhibitions, which change seasonally and feature art for all tastes, from the early Renaissance to cutting-edge contemporary.

This is a small art museum. We wanted a low key activity and this fit the bill. No longer than an hour to see it all. Not very memorable but still glad we went. The parking was close and free and the museum was free....More

Great small, yet nicely curated collection right on the Rollins campus. Nice to grab lunch then walk around campus and check out the museum. Some of the video exhibits were a little weak, but the statues, reliefs, and paintings were modern and exciting. Definitely worth...More

I actually thought this museum was bigger then it turned out to be, but I was not disappointed at all. It seems like the exhibits change so this is someplace to come back to even if you have been here before. Everyone was very nice...More

We're so glad you stopped by! If you're still in our area, stop by The Alfond Inn in Winter Park as well. It is a satellite space for our Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art and filled from top to bottom with pieces from that forward-thinking...More

Small but impressive free museum on the Rollins College campus. Definitely visit if you are in the area and add visiting additional art at the Alfond Inn and absolute must visit to the Morse (Tiffany glass) museum. Great indoor activities for those rainy spells. Everyone...More

Da wife and I strolled over when we were staying at the Alfond Inn (about 1 block away. Interesting thing... the profits from the Alfond go to scholorships for Rollins students.). Beautiful campus but wanted to post to folks that it isn't open on Mondays.More

Did not know what to expect, other than it was a museum in Winter Park on Rollins College campus. Usually it is almost impossible to park on college campuses without a student/faculty sticker, so with some trepidation sought out a space - only to find...More
