Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Definitely not the best Winery experience I have ever had.
It is not clear why it is not possible to book a table in advance - which creates congestion at the entrance and overcrowding (especially during the Covid 19 period).
The order is placed at the counter which also has a queue (sometimes long), the customers set the table for themselves and the experience is a bit strange.
The salad (cost 60 shekels) "Tishbi Salad", was very disappointing! A small and not tasty salad, with a few pieces of baby mozzarella, a few slices of apple and pear - not even half an apple or pear, about 3 to 4 cherry tomatoes and leaves.
On the salad side you get a few slices of bread (I would expect from a place that has a bakery, to provide a loaf of fresh bread and not cool slices).
I continued to the meat stand (separate compound), where you get quality and delicious smoked meat, only a pity that inside my hamburger was hidden a piece of plastic.

I do not intend to visit this winery again, certainly not to recommend visiting it.

This was a total scam. Had two old guys drive us around some fields. No explanation about the grapes or wine. None of the history touted in the description of the tour.
They made two stops and poured a total of 3 bottles. No explanations about anything. I literally fell asleep for part of the ride it was so boring.
The old guys confessed they don't work for Tishbi, they are part of a larger a jeep driving company! So Tishbi gives you a driver to go driving in some random fields, most of which do not eve grow grapes!!!! Could it get more pathetic, yes, the price they charge for this!!

Our visit to this winery yesterday was a fantastic experience. It was a miserable rainy day but we didn't want to waste it . At the last minute we called the winery and they had a tasting tour in English at 2pm which fit us perfectly. Valerie was our guide and she was wonderful. She showed us the machines that process the grapes, the barrels that the wine is aged in and the equipment for brandy making. She explained everything thoroughly. Then we went in for the tasting.............Again her explanations were great. Each wine was different and delicious. Golan Tishbi, the vintner came to greet us. We asked Valerie for a restaurant recommendation for lunch and she suggested that we just eat there. It was still pouring outside and we had TASTED too much wine so we took her recommendation. It was DELICIOUS! We ordered a pasta, a pizza and a salad for the three of us and it was piping hot and fresh and really hit the spot. I can't wait to take some more guests there.

The Tishbi Winery, located in Zichron Yaakov across from the beautiful Mediterranean coast in Israel, offers Valrhona chocolate pairings with wine selcted from their award winning winery.

For the cost of 40 Shekels, a little over $10, you can enjoy a couple of leisurely hours of wine and chocolate pairings with caramel notes, dry and smooth or buttery and rich. The high quality chocolates ranges in its cocoa butter percentage and the wines are bottled and aged on location. The combination is wonderful on the palate and the setting and helpful staff is wonderful.
There is also a beautiful artisanal boulangerie on site, providing breads for the restaurant and some for sale.

If you have room for some more food or even more chocolates, the adjacent restaurant serves delicious breakfast and lunch dishes. The Austrian chef offers dishes based on local ingredients, Mediterranean roots and European refinement, all under the canopy of an ancient grapevine.

Just perfect for a hot Israeli summer day!

The winery tour is short but the tasting excellent. Here they pair six wines with specific chocolates and the wine infused preserves are also excellent. Worth the trip but watch your directions it easy to get lost

Very bad experience. Horrible service, outrageous prices (150 n.i.s for entrée).
Refrain from visiting.

This was the first time I visited a "real" winery! The atmosphere alone was worth the trip. We ate a delicious lunch made by their new chef and then went to the winery next door for a chocolate and wine tasting! What a delight! They are fourth generation winers and know the tricks of the trade! The take special care with how the wine is served (in special glasses only cleaned with a special dishwasher with certain water!) The variety and tastes of the wine was amazing, (coming from a non-wine drinker!) I enjoyed the visit!

I live ~10km from this place for the past 8 years, pass it at least 4 times a week, and never visit there until last week.
First of all I agree that it’s not easy to find so I wrote some directions guiding below (hope you’ll find it useful).
The place is very beautiful, simple, welcomes and you’ll have great wines and food (Pizza is recommended). Sometimes you’ll have free chocolate or\and wine tasting along with the food.
You can also visit the wine visitor center.
BTW, the place is Kosher so it’s closed on Saturdays, and on Fridays there is no place reservations (phone 04-6288195)
Enjoy.

Driving directions:
Coming from Binyamina – drive on road 652 (North East) and pass “Shuni” park on your left (~1km), continue ~2km on the road until you see on the left small commercial center with “10to10” sign on it. Turn to the left and pass the sign, drive ~200m and turn right to a white side path. Continue ~200m and you’re there.
Coming from Zichron Yaakov - drive on road 652 (South West) and pass “Hanadiv” gardens on the right (Gas station on the left), go down the road for ~300m and take a small right side path turn before the road bend to the right.

You can use the below coordinates to enter the GPS:
32.546983, 34.956519 (+32° 32' 49.14", +34° 57' 23.47")
