More
The Straz Center began as a dream by visionary citizens of Tampa who persevered to bring to reality one of the finest performing arts centers in the nation. It is many things to many people and it’s more than just a building, more than just a performing arts center. It is a presenter, a producer, an educator, a community partner and an economic engine for the Tampa Bay area. It is a cornerstone of the Tampa Bay community. The Straz Center creates a regional economic impact of more than $100 million each year. To our local economy it can mean more tourists staying in hotels, eating in restaurants, shopping in stores and visiting other venues when they are here. At both the local and national level, it provides access to more than 700,000 people of all ages, abilities and cultures each year. It also provides jobs for artists and other professionals who have a passion for the arts and for our mission.

Guitar Pull country show. Parking was easy and accessible. Morsani Hall was beautiful and very nice. Drinks at the patio bar before were nice. A different set up for a country concert, but enjoyed the evening.

We attended RENT last week and it was wonderful!!! From the facility to the performance, just perfect! There are no bad seats, views good from every angle. Nice set up for alcohol stations, bathrooms clean, just a beautiful setting to enjoy a play!

I love this place! I've seen many shows here and there are no terrible seats. Even the farthest seat up in the highest balcony delivers a good experience. Tampa is lucky to have this excellent theatre.

Fantastic building and views but the seating layout is disaster. If If you are unfortunate to sit towards the end of a row you are constantly up and down letting the people sat in the middle in as the seats are in a long row...More

I like the Straz Center, they bring good shows in, and the seats are comfortable. However, it freaks me out that they don't have a center aisle, which doesn't seem safe to me - if there was a fire and you had to exit the...More

Attended a showing of "Motown - the musical!" this weekend. It was one of the most enjoyable showings we have ever seen. The singing, the dancing, the songs - fantastic! We will attend another, for sure. Hats off to the crew, to performers, and the...More

No reservations. Sorry. You just drive up, if spaces are available, they will park your car. Get there early. You will get Valet.

We usually recommend 90 minutes before the show for valet when there are multiple shows happening on the same night, especially if touring Broadway is in one of the houses. For March 30, 60 minutes should be sufficient, but... More
