Not country!! I don't get the surveys that rate this the best beach. It is nice, very large, but it has to be because you're shoulder to shoulder with 79,000 other people! We arrived at about 10:30 on a Wed. and we were about the...More

Too many people. No parking. I mean none. Angry, stress- filled adventure very unlike all of the other beaches we've been to on the gulf. The price of publicity, I guess. Don't waste time trying to go during midday. If you want to go to...More

This beach is a must visit! Very crowded but so worth it, especially if you have kids that love building sand castles!

The sand at this beach is amazing. It is the finest, softest, white sand I have ever experienced. This is by far my favorite beach in Florida.

The beach has to be the most beautiful that I have ever seen and with that comes the crowds! Seems to have abundant parking which gets packed for weekends.

Love this beach. The sand does not get hot. Parts of it are small which i like, its clean. Parts have a long walk. Research if you cant walk thru the sand a long way.

Beautiful beach that never disappoints. Best to come early for parking and a spot. The sand is always clean and cool.

Yes, the sand is cool. It's mostly quartz rather than actual sand. It's amazing. The only problem I had was that was more difficult to push the umbrella pole through the quartz.
