One of several Summer Homes of the 1800's. This mansion is spectacular! I went to a fundraising event here and the rooms are kept to period style. There is an amazing boat themed room upstairs. You really get a feel for what it was like back in those years of graciousness and opulence.

This place is remarkably nice but the catch 22 is that it's not really open 2 the public. This location is basically 4 rentals only 4 wedding ceremonies and receptions or private parties. The mansion was very well refurbished and is operated by Manatee County. It is quite expensive 2 rent this place just 2 let everyone know who is... More

My sister and I were lucky enough today to be able to tour the beautiful Powel Crosley Estate. We found out that it is only open about six days a year for public touring. The rest of the time, it is reserved for weddings and private parties. The next free public tours are going to be held March 14 -16.... More

Christmas caroling Off the back of the estate. Have been many times worth your time and money. Cocktails & beverages for sale as well. They interact with the audience very... More

I went with family to see "A Christmas Carol" at this beautiful estate during Christmas 2016. It was a delightful experience. The performers were professional, the venue was charming, there was singing, fun, laughter, and a feeling of simple enjoyment. I hope that this event continues to take place every year. Don't miss it if you are in the Bradenton,... More

This is a beautiful location and the volunteers are very friendly but it is not something that holds your attention for very long. Unlike the Ringling Estate this is quite a bit smaller and much faster to visit. It is still worth the visit but don't plan to spend your entire day there just maybe an hour or so.

This historical treasure is only open for rentals and a few special events every year. Despite the fact that the area is currently hosting multiple exhibits about Powell Crosley throughout Bradenton and Sarasota and there is a small museum on site, the public cannot access his property and home. Ironic that they would highlight his life and career and not... More

Crosley is a big name in Cincinnati, my home town. The Crosley's "winter" getaway spot is so charming with sweeping bay views and beautiful old tile work. I really enjoyed poking around the rooms and outside areas.
