We stayed there for 3 day weekend. The place was very clean, with plenty of extra parking for friends that stop by a day trip. In wintertime shuttle to beach is every 2 hrs. Not very convenient, specially if you have a lot of items to carry. WiFi was weak @ campsite. The kids playground was a bit small and didn't... More

Great state park with a beautiful beach front. Park has a tram that will take you to the beach from the parking lot. Great amenities and campsites. If you're a plush like me, then you'll enjoy the cabins. Great walking and hiking trails too!

While the sites were not as "rustic" as the other Florida parks we have been in over the last 6 weeks this one once again was a great state park. The sites are a little close together with most being open to the site next door. All pads were either cement or gravel and very level. NO fire rings but... More

My favorite camping location. Short bike ride to the beach. Short drive to restaurants and movie theater. Very well kept grounds. We love this place!!

We love staying here in the summer because it's shaded... but we've stayed in the winter several times too and it's a great place to be. The beach is a mile walk/bike ride, but they have a tram that runs on a schedule. Best beach... very few day visitors, mostly campers.

This is a beautiful area with lots of nice-sized campsites. You don't feel crowded at all, and each spot had neat landscaping. You can walk or bike to the beach, and also have access to kayaking on the lake. All employees and volunteers we encountered were kind and helpful. We have already booked our return visit!

Beautiful walk to the gulf. The Sea grass and rolling sand mounds are worth the trip. The beaches were almost empty, you can pack full day here. The sand is like sugar.

We visited topsail on the off season. This means our car was the only one in the parking lot while we were there. There were many campers however. The tram was not running the time so we made the 1 mile walk to the beach. It was worth the walk. Very nice wide paved path took you through the Florida... More

We spent 3 days at this park in a bungalow which was spacious and had everything you need. The bungalow was the perfect size for the two of us. It was a very peaceful park with great trails and beautiful beach. Quite a walk to the beach but the tram was reliable as far as being there for you when... More

Our first visit to this park and we will be back. The mistake I made was booking late and not bringing the bikes. This is huge park access to the beach is via bike, walk, or tram. The bath house across from site 17 is older but very clean. Some sites paved some clean gravel, all level. Check in was... More
