We always go to Gulfside City Beach. There is a lot of parking and they have showers and restrooms that are convenient. The beach usually isn't too crowded and there are not too many waves (but enough for fun).

Nice parking - less crowded and good facilities... always a pleasant time. Easy to come and go from if you use the back way in on Middle Gulf Drive.

Most of the Sanibel beaches have limited parking, but this beach is easy to get to and always seemed to have parking spots available. Shelling was good.
