We came here to see the sunset and it was worth it. Beautiful, breathtaking and emotional. Added to that the warm sea, soft sandy / seashell beach and the nearby parking; an experience never to be forgotten. There are showers and restroom facilities which are...More

Visiting from NY, we stopped here on a recommendation from a staff member of the nearby shell museum. The beach was very nice and clean, but we were here for the shells.

We always end up at this beach more than any of the others. You have one drink machine, changing area, bathrooms, water fountains, outdoor shower off area as you first come in from the parking lot. Parking lot is one of the larger ones for...More

Great beach. Plenty of parking, plenty of beach. Tons of shells 🐚 beautiful blue water. One of our favorite beaches. There is a bathhouse here also changing rooms outside the bathroom and little shower things to spray off with.

It's a hike from the parking to the beach but they have thought of everything...facilities, changing rooms, showers. Small bridge over-look for manatee!

The Island charges an hourly rate at all the beaches. It was $4 per hour in May 2017.
