Saw plenty of snakes, a few alligators, turtles and tortoises. Added bonus was we got to feed the turtles. Would be great for snake enthusiasts and maybe children.

We came across this purely by accident as we were driving around the area and decided to pay a visit. We paid $10 each to enter and were told it was a self-guided tour and to take our time and that we could leave and re-enter if we wanted. The first thing we saw was a large enclosure with water... Reptile World has a fascinating collection of snakes and turtles and we think those alligators were real. If you can tolerate snakes even a little, you'll probably like this place, especially the show where they milk the snakes for venom. The host during the live presentation was very informative. We even learned things that had not been anticipated such as,... More

Me my girlfriend and dad went here and had a great time. If you like snakes you will love this place lots of species to see. The venom extraction show is seriously a must it was so cool watching them milk the snakes. The staff are experts and very experienced and knowledgeable. All this for 10 bucks this place had... we have been hers several times and it always amazes my that the owner is still alive! He Milks 7 or 8 snakes several times a day and every once in a while he drops one! Which ,of course, sends me running for the hills ! LOL Even though i am on the outside looking in at him in another... More

The Serpentarium is a must if you have even the slightest interest in reptiles. The place is a small place that houses A LOT of Snakes.. I happen to be terrified of them but I wanted my children to be educated rather than simply scared. The milking show is a must, you will learn so much in this short demonstration.... More

There were snakes and lizards and animals from all over the world. The owner was very informative and helpful. The atmosphere is friendly and family oriented. We enjoyed it- but we probably don't need to see it again. We also had the divine pleasure of seeing a boa have his rabbit lunch!! What an endeavor.

The Serpentarium is a great place for people to see exotic animals and to learn something about them. The staff was informative and friendly, especially Rosa. I did not realize it was mostly outdoors but luckily we did not get rained on. My only complaint is that these are live animals that are kept in sometimes barren exhibits with nothing... More

This was our first time visiting. Much bigger than it looks. Huge variety of snakes - all with educational info listed. A "mom and pop" feel to the place - but at the same time ---> pretty impressive amount of reptiles. Don't expect your million dollar aquarium setting. Snake cavern/exhibit, gator habitat, turtle pond, and even a couple birds. Snake... More

We went a couple of years ago (thought i had reviewed it but appears not) and it was great so i am adding a review now. The collection of snakes in the tanks is interesting but the milking really is something else. Watching how fast the snakes move is incredible - the skill of the staff here in handling them... More
