B ecause our goal was to l;earn history we placed this on our to do list. YES the building is authentic, with the stages of improvements over the centuries visible without distracting from the house. The tour guide was informative and kept history alive

Fascinating tour of the oldest house and the changes made throughout its history. Tour guides are knowledgeable and bring the historical owners alive through anecdotes. Kids, ages 7-14, enjoyed this too. Affordable!! $18 for our family of 5.

Great tour and guide. This is owned and operated by the St. Augustine Historical Society. The tour guide we had, Maureen, was a hoot. She made the tour fascinating. This is really a must see.

We really enjoyed the guided tour! Kevin did a wonderful job giving us the history of the residence that saw centuries of change. It was a fascinating glimpse into both Spanish & British era Saint Augustine.
