A typical tourist shopping spot. The buildings are historic, but the idea of all the shops there somewhat detract from the historic value of the area.

This is a very special place, to walk and see the historic buildings. Great shops with unusual gifts, etc.

We've been up and down the strip several times and it's historically awesome but the shopping is just so so. The bars are easily the highlight.

Fun to go into the shops but also to read the wall plaques to learn some history of the building and area

A new meaning to shop till you drop. Some of the smaller hidden shops had the best stuff and people.

I spent 12 bucks to park my car, (I seriously felt robbed) where I could have paid a buck on the street and have seen enough. It's literally the same stores over and over and over. And not even amazing, fantastic stores. I would suggest...More

Had to stop in to Adamec's Harley Davidson shop! The street performer was chill w/his guitar. The fudge smelled delish! The cobblestone street is cool. Dogs on leashes. Music streaming from the Milltop. Mustn't leave out the old schoolhouse, my how things have changed!

Nice to walk down and see some of the unique shops. You can also stop off and get a bite to eat at some of the area's unique bars and snack / ice cream shops. We loved the spice/tea shop just off St. George Street.

Hi, based on my dining experience at the St George Tavern, their sign shows "open 365 days a year", so I assume the stores are also open on Sunday, considering it's a tourist destination.
