We really enjoyed this museum. Between the items in the display cases, the display cases themselves, furniture and architecture, my eyes could not decide where to look. Beautiful items of history and interesting descriptions of how the hotel used to look. Fascinating!!

This is a very interesting museum. If you're thinking "art museum" you'll be disappointed. This museum has a very eclectic collection...lots of sculpture, and some fine art, a crystal collection, stuffed animals (taxidermy examples) such as an enormous lion (presented to Winston Churchill) and an alligator, a toaster collection (you read that right...toasters), paintings, lots of furniture and a "Highclere... Several of us went through the Lightner Museum and loved it. There are three levels of Victorian era antiques. The first floor had Downton Abbey life-size cardboard figures of some of the characters set amid period furnishings prior to their "Dressing Downton" exhibit which starts October 4th. There's an exceptional museum gift shop, and several small shops outside the museum... More

The collections in this museum are extremely varied and very interesting. I think everyone will find something of interest here. The building itself is beautiful.

This is a self guided tour 3 floors full of history, antiques and artifacts from all over Europe and early US settlers. One can spend hours in this museum and not see everything. We had a Groupon so it was a real deal for $5 per person. I would recommend this museum for all ages.

Beautiful campus. We walked around the campus and checked out all the bridges, fountains, etc. Very beautiful and great scenery!

I really enjoyed this museum which used to be a hotel. The architecture is amazing. It is located across the street from Flagler College which I also highly recommend. There was a variety of interesting things to look at. Depending upon how much time you choose to spend here, and hour to 1 1/2 hours is probably enough time. There... More

A collection of unrelated objects. Not very interesting. Like wondering around a bored rich dude's attic.
