A great start to a four day stay in St Augustine

Sunset sail at Christmas could not be better. Enough wind for a sail and a fantastic view of St Augustine and the Christmas lights. The crew were very professional

Simply awesome . Have always seen tours like this offered in various coastal towns and Caribbean but never felt the draw. Were with friends who wanted to try so we said sure why not. So glad we did , was a lovely evening fur a sail , sunset was spectacular , photos do not do it justice , and the... More

We took the sunset cruise Thanksgiving weekend. We'd originally booked the moonlight cruise but it was undersold and the company called us to re-book on the sunset cruise, which we appreciated. The crew and captain were lovely hosts-outgoing, attentive, friendly and competent. Captain John had a great sense of humor. Beer and wine are served as part of the cruise.... More

We took the New Years Eve sunset cruise...12/31/16...it was amazing. The young ladies and gentleman that were our crew for the night, and Captain John, were pleasant, friendly, genuine, courteous and warm. We had enjoyable conversations with them about ourselves and about themselves. It was a relaxing, beautiful night. We can't wait to take another cruise with you!!

We had 6 adults and 2 kids for a day sail on New Years Eve- this was awesome! The kids had a great time, the captain and crew were so patient with the little ones. We saw birds and dolphins. It was a beautiful day but the temperature dropped when we were out there- they had jackets and blankets to... More

Just before Christmas, St Augustine lights up the city. There is no better way to see the city lights than from the deck of a Tall sailing ship. The Schooner Freedom has very tall sails, and even lets the passengers help them deploy. Very friendly crew, with red and white wine served free. The Schooner Freedom has been sailing the... More

This was our fifth visit to St. Augustine, and our third Sunset Cruise on the Schooner Freedom. This cruise will be on our itinerary on all future trips to the area -- it's just that good. The cruise itself costs about $50 per person, and lasts approximately an hour and a half. Captain Jon and crew were excellent; the cruise... More

My wife and I did the sunset cruise on the Schooner Freedom the week of Thanksgiving and it was the highlight of our weeks stay in St. Augustine. From the moment we boarded to our departure, everything was enjoyable. The captain and crew were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The captain let some of the kids help wit hoisting the sails... We took the sunset cruise the day before Thanksgiving! The ship is beautiful and well maintained. The Captain and staff were wonderful. We saw dolphins jumping and playing along side of the schooner! The temp was perfect after a warm day. The Captain was very friendly and knowledgeable. One crew member Avery was very sweet and offered us drinks and... More

As sailors of a smaller breed we enjoyed this time aboard. The crew was great as natural with such a GREAT skipper. If the ship were here in our time we would take this time aboard again. This was in our opinion the best attraction/experience in St Augustine - hands down - unless you were golfing - or not.
