Good but not Great

The Dye Course is one of three at PGA Village. It is the one that is the most 'Dye-like'. Waste areas on most holes, forced carries on quite a few drives, lots of pampas grass... read more

great day of golf on the Dye course. beautifully manicured fairways and greens. Even the bunkers were lovely though i would've preferred to have bypassed them. We got a good deal online so we were glad we didn't miss the chance to play this course.

Course charges double what it is worth. But it is in great shape, those lucky enough to know a member makes course a value. In season charge of 131.00 too much money

I was a little hesitant about playing this course after seeing the mixed reviews here. However, after playing it I couldn't have been more pleased. I have played some notable courses (Pinehurst, Sawgrass, etc) and the condition of the Dye course at PGA golf club was as good or better than any I've played. The tee boxes were in fantastic... The Dye Course is one of three at PGA Village. It is the one that is the most 'Dye-like'. Waste areas on most holes, forced carries on quite a few drives, lots of pampas grass, and when you do get an open fairway is has numerous moguls and hills in the fairway. It is probably the most difficult of the... More

Seasonal resident loved playing there but with the recent price increases it does not make sense unfortunately. I used to enjoy some rounds with my two boys but we have had to play other surrounding courses and I live next door. Doesn't help the juniors....especially the ones that are low handicappers and would like to experience beautiful golf.

Played the PGA Village Dye Course last week and I must say that I was very impressed. Conditions of the course were fantastic! Greens rolled beautifully and around a 11 on the speed. Im a five handicap and this Dye course will test your game and will use every club in your bag. I never chipped into so many greens... More

Our last day on Hitchinson Island decided to drive to PHA Village and play the Dye course. We played Wannamaker a number of years ago. Truly enjoyed playing this we run course! They are undergoing some fix-ups, but the staff was friendly and helpful . I recommend you try this course if in the area. Nice price in summer, but... More
