Not sure why it's taken me awhile to write this review. I joined by daughters in law and the grandkids on the Thomas the Train adventure. The little ones were thrilled to see a real life sized Thomas. We sat in an open air train...More

My husband and I went for our first time. The volunteers are pleasant, knowledgeable and encouraged questions. We enjoyed learning about the local history and railroads that were a big part of that history. Parking was easy. The family sitting next to us on the...More

Visiting from the U.K. I dropped the family at Disney for the day and headed down to Parrish to explore the Florida Railroad Museum. Despite describing itself as a museum the railroad is more like a excursion line, so I would definitely recommend going on...More

I bought Polar Express tickets for my grandkids. That is all they could talk about for quite sometime. They wore their pajamas and were served hot chocolate. The train ride was fantastic.

Yes, you can take food and drink on the train. There is a snack bar on the train but the options are very limited. There are also snack items for sale in their gift shop before and after the train ride.

Sorry for the late reply. The museum does not allow outside food and drinks onboard the train. There is a small snack bar with water and soda plus snacks such as chips.
