If you love HP, then this is the place to be. The Hagrid Roller Coaster was amazing and full of surprises. If you are looking of a thrill park, I recommend Cedar Point in Ohio. CP has tons of rides. Universal/Adventure Island lacked a lot of rides. IT's only worth going if you love HP like my daughter does.

Plenty of extra measures taken to keep you and your family safe. Distancing guidelines and hand sanitizer everywhere. Saw several employees telling guests to pull up mask and also keep space between others. As for the guests that don’t follow the rules there were plenty. ( I fully understand they can’t watch every guest but they did a great job ) The park is fun with lots to do for all ages. Recommend getting a locker if you need a bag. Most rides restrict bags , purses etc.... Lots of the rides are 3-4 D , Recommend to stay away on Saturday. Lines fill quick. Express pass is very useful if you go on a Saturday. Get there early if you want to ride Hagrids motorcycle adventure. ( no express on this one) by far my favorite ride. Lots of food choices in park and on city walk. One visit was enough for us. Fast and furious was terrible but always had a long wait. Harry Potter areas in both parks were awesome. Rides and decor. Some things were outdated and cheesy. ET for one. Most of the attractions are the same you sit in a jerky car that goes up and down side to side in front of a screen. With a few trickles of water to make It feel real. Cool to see . We had a fun time, two days is plenty won’t be making another visit.

Islands of Adventures is a great theme park. For disclosure, my wife does work for the UO company, however here is my honest review. For me, I do love rollercoasters. Here at Island's of Adventure, they have what I consider to be the absolute roller coaster in Orlando, if not one of the best in the entire country. Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure has fast take-offs, fun scenery and animatronics, awesome coaster cars (they're motor bikes and side cars), but what makes the roller coaster is the surprise that occurs two-thirds of the way through. Beyond this ride, Harry Potter land continues to blow guests away. Absolutely beautiful and a must-do if you're a fan of the films. This park is rapidly changing and looking for new ways to thrill visitors with new rides such as King Kong and the new Jurassic Park rollercoaster coming soon, it is the best UO park for adrenaline seekers. If I had one complaint, it is simply the layout of the park. It is a giant circle around a lake which can feel cumbersome when trying to get to different areas of the park. I will give credit that if you're utilizing a park hopper ticket, taking the Hogwart's Express is a great way to cool off, change parks and add a little extra magical experience. Overall, it's a must do for families. Great mix up attractions that young to older teens will enjoy while also having area like Dr. Seuss land for the little ones to enjoy as well.

We went during the week recently and very short wait times - even at the most popular attractions. We stayed on property and had the Fast Pass and Early Access , which probably made all the difference, so I would recommend for that reason. Both Harry Potter areas are fantastic and anyone who enjoyed the movies/books will find a lot to like in these areas.
