Loved going to Mass at this basilica. The priest gave a nice talk before Mass, explaining that this shrine was built specifically for all of the Catholic tourists who visit the Orlando area. It isn't a parish church. No baptisms, weddings, or funerals take place there. Love the fact that it's there---we'll definitely go back!!

The Basilica is just beautiful. The architecture, stain glass windows, and tile roof is stunning. I have visited many old beautiful churches in Europe, this basilica is remarkable for being modern. Paulette who is one of hundreds of volunteers was so knowledgable about the history of the basilica, the artists and architect who built it.

The Basilica has a beautiful choir. It's a small group of singers and their voices ring throughout this wonderful church.

A must see, visit or participate in a church service. This church is welcoming to all visitors to this Florida area. Beautiful grounds and a large store with a good selection of religious items. A must visit.

The priest was ok. Some liturgical abuses and a homily that was about as bland and milquetoast as they come. The music was surprisingly reverent, although the congregation clapped for them at a couple points. The structure is an odd mix of modern with enough traditional elements to almost be reverent. As a traditional Catholic I would say this is... More

We attended Mass at Mary Queen of the Universe last Sunday while visiting Disney World. It is such a beautiful place. The priest was so friendly. The choir was amazing. If you are in the area please attend a Mass. You will be happy you did. They also have a beautiful gift shop.

Clearly there was a lot of donations to make this 1992 basilica happen. It's ornate and carries the history of the Catholic Church. Nothing special here.

We had driven by this a hundred times without realizing that you could stop and take a look around. For those who are unaware it is Catholic. Not a whole going on in terms of it being an attraction, but if you are looking for a place to mentally decompress in relative quietness after a week of sensory overload at... More

Yes, we were surprised to learn we would fall under "attractions" as well, but it is our understanding that due to our over 1 Million visitors a year combined with the Museum, Pilgrimage Center, our 9,000 sq. ft. gift shop, grounds and the Basilica Church it fell under "attractions" with Trip Advisor. Nevertheless, we are so grateful to our visitors... More
