Out of all the places we went to, this place was probably the best place for COVID safety precautions. Yes, there is a maze to walk through to get through the entrance but they check your temperatures, enforce a mask mandate, space things out as much as they can and have people vigilantly counting number of people going in and out of places. All that being said, there is a lot of people here and lines of people close together waiting to get into places, depending on the time of day. There will be crowds of people and if that makes you uncomfortable, probably better off waiting till COVID tapers off. I am not a theme park or Disney person by any means but we enjoyed our visit there. It was early January and they still had their Christmas shop running and decorations up It was great walking around and seeing a little of what Disney is like without committing to admission to go into the park. Everything is expensive here and that should be no surprise. Staff was friendly and seemed like they genuinely liked their jobs. Depending on what you want to do , you could easily spend a couple hours here and as much money as you care to spend with all the attractions, shops, food, etc. located here.…

This place is super hyped. The stores were beautiful but extremely expensive. The sales staff were all very nice and helpful. The places we ate while there, the food was blah, which shocked me for a Disney location. There was a huge line to get into the large World of Disney, but it went very fast. That place is huge! Lots of nice items to pick from. The choice of various shops were nice even though we only did a small amount of hitting them.…

I went to Disney Springs on a holiday weekend. The COVID restrictions make no sense. If you drive and get there in the afternoon, you are directed to the Orange lot, and once in there you have to snake around for a while to get the temperature check. If you have a food reservation, this probably means you need to get there a good hour in advance. Meanwhile, once you get in, the police there presumably helping enforce the rules are not wearing the regulation masks (they just wear gaiters up over their nose) and all the store entrances are as inconvenient as possible to where you want to go in. I live by an outdoor mall, and there it is up to each store/restaurant to enforce capacity limitations. Never mind that if you take the bus to Disney Springs, you have to get the temperature check AFTER you are in the bus, not before you get on it. I am not sure how that makes sense either. It is the same for the parks. …

I used to love going to Disney Springs and especially Raglan Road but things have gone down hill since Re-opening after COVID shutdowns. The parking garages are closed and the line of cars to get in is twenty minutes or more. Once we directed where to park past Cirque du Soliel we were told enter in a specific line to be subjected to temperature checks and mask check (you must now wear an approved mask) as well as metal detector with facial recognition. You get yelled at for now being in the right line by security. All delayed us getting to Raglan Road in time for our reservation. Once at Raglan Road we were rudely told to get in another line (which is usually a line for waiting to sit outside) to check in. I explain we have reservations but was told to get in line anyway. I forgot to mention it was pouring rain the entire time. You cannot wait inside anymore or shop in the gift shop but no accommodations are made for you to get out of the rain. We tried to other shops while we waited to be called to our table but all were full to new capacities and we were made to stand outside in the rain. If Disney is open for business then make accommodations that still comply with COVID requirements. We felt like they want our money spent there but we were a bother to them. This was the second time we’ve been to Disney springs since the shutdown and probably the last time. Cancelled my annual passes as well. I have never been treated as a customer and patron so awful in my life!…
