Let me start off by saying that I was very skeptical paying over $350 for two people which just included the “basic” package. But after recommendation from a coworker I jumped the gun. I did not pay for any “extras,” like the dolphin or shark...More

My kids had a great time but honestly it was a waste of a day for me. The park was poorly signed, easy to get lost or turned around. Caesar salad had no dressing, the special sunscreen was like putting on peanut butter, and hard...More

We have looked forward to our visit as we have been to orlando several times, and not been. it takes 20 mins to check in, then you are offered a very poor breakfast on plastic plates and plastic cutlery. You then get changed in the...More

Yes it is a bit pricey whether you swim with the dolphins or not. Food is included, which was lovely. Gorgeous white sand beach and you can watch others swim with dolphins. The underwater helmet experience was worth the $70 each. My daughter (10) loved...More

We were a little turned off by the cost of this activity, but when we read the fine print and realized all it included, it was a great deal. First of all, the maximum number of people on any one day is 1,300. It made...More

In February the park was not crowded at all. The facilities are all top notch, and the grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The water for the great reef was heated to 77 degrees Fahrenheit. All other swimming attractions, including the lazy river, was heated to...More

It was a very entertaining and relaxing day. Unfortunately it was really cold ( 7 degree Celsius). But it was almost empty due to the cold. Not many people around. The food was a bit basic, but it was nice that you could get snacks...More

We were assigned to a group along with a time to swim with the 🐬 dolphins. More like a first come first serve basis. I guess if we wanted to change then I guess we could but never asked. Hope that helps.

People who book several experiences have to show up by 7:15 to beat the crowds (they schedule your experiences when you first arrive), so as long as you show up early it should be fine.
