Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Disney Quest was one great place for families to hang-out during its glory days, before the time of 'apps"; it was an interactive play station " arcade-style" housed in 1 huge building and each floor had it's respective theme..it had its own food court where patrons filled their hungry tummies without leaving the bldg.

Very sad to announce that this great attraction is currently being knocked down to make way for more retail outlets as part of the ongoing commercialisation of the Disney Springs

We came to experience this place since we found out they were closing. I can see why it's closing. I really expected it to be a lot more exciting. I expected lots of games that make you feel like you are on the rides. I didn't really see much of that. I do like that you pay one price, and you play unlimited. You can leave arcades spending a good amount by continually replenishing your play cards. No tickets to earn either. Glad we went to try it before it closed, but it was just meh.

We needed to visit here one last time before it closed so we spent the Saturday here on its next-to-last day. There are five (5) floors of arcade games, rides, food service, video games and other interactive things to do here. One price gets you in the door and then you can play all day. They have vintage video games like PacMan, and Dig Dug, pinball machines, air hockey tables and virtual reality rides. It gets pretty busy, so you may have to wait a little while to get on the machine or ride of your choice, but it's so much fun, it's worth the wait. Unfortunately, DisneyQuest is now closed for good so this review is more or less a farewell review. It has been a part of Downtown Disney, now Disney Springs for many years and we hate to see it go. Hopefully, you may have had an opportunity to enjoy the facility on one of your visits to Disney World.

It is my hope that they will relocate Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for Buccaneer Gold, CyberSpace Mountain, Super Trivia, and Let's Go Jungle somewhere on the resort property. Heck, I'd settle for Virtual Jungle Cruise too. They greatest thing would be for them to find a new home for the Animation Academy and their wonderful team. This was a Disney failure to their fans and staff of epic proportions. I won't wish good luck with the NBA experience and I have a good idea as to how it will work out based on Universal's lack of success in that genre. So sad, thanks for copious memories. Goodbye and goodnight, Disney Quest.

We stayed almost the entire day we had so much fun! I found only a few games that needed repair, which is the nature of arcades anyway. The Buzz Lightyear bumper cars were up and running, along with air hockey, the pirate ship 4d, Tetris, Fix it Felix, skee ball, etc. It's a fraction of the price right now - go have fun and say goodbye before they close their doors forever.

Love this place, been taking my kids there since 1998 and now they are in their 20's. Closing in early July, went for one last visit, they really should have just updated it and refurbished it.
No F&B available, just had to go one more time to relive the memories. Thanks for giving my sons and myself a lifetime of memories.

What a shame it's closing, yes if could do with a revamp but the memories over the years won't be shared by new visitors.
5 floors of games for all the family to play.
No snacks/drinks available anymore.
Disney Quest due to close July 2nd 2017.
Given its current condition I wouldn't pay to visit the attraction unless the price was cheap!
As I mentioned above UK visitors can still gain free entrance, speak to the team on entry once you swipe your card and it fails, the staff will direct you to the kiosk to gain temp one off one day ticket(s).

Most of the games were broken. Staff to assist was non-existent. Very disappointed. If you're charging full price, you should provide a complete service. This was not the case.
I know it's closing soon, but the quality should be maintained for the families visiting in its last days.

Prices are $45 for an adult and $39 for a child. In my opinion it is good fun but EPCOT is far better

Yes, all games and VR experiences are included. If you buy the 'water park fun and more Disney tickets, you get bonus days that can be used for the water parks, Disney Quest or golf... Usually quite a bit of savings vs the door price for Disney Quest. Go soon though...Disney Quest is closing sometime in 2016

We paid for 4 days Disney pass and a 1 day pass for Typhoon Lagoon. We were told it included access to Disney Springs, does it include entry to Disney Quest?
Thanks.

Si, pero ademas es bueno tener el Park Hopper, que te permite visitar mas de un parque por dia o bien entrar y salir de un mismo parque el mismo dia sin costo. La entrada regular, si mal no recuerdo, estaba en los USD 70 + tax.
We will be coming to Disney World for Christmas this year (2015) and were wondering/hoping it would still be open as the kids LOVE it there and we'd really like to take them one last time....?
