To start they did awesome job handling guest around the Covid pandemic. This is my favorite park of all in Orlando. Love the shows and all the work they do with the animals. We had plenty of time to do the whole park. The coasters are awesome

This was my first trip to a seaworld. I loved seeing all the sea life. We got in line for our first roller coaster and had to pay to keep our stuff in a locker. The locker was cold, wet and hard to figure out, there was no attendant to help us. The ride was fun!! Started walking around, my mask had stretched out from the ride so it was hard to keep over my nose and there were mask nazis everywhere telling us rudely to cover our noses. The dolphin show was pretty awesome. The wait times for the rides were great. We got on everything quickly. The bathrooms were filthy dirty and smelled. Was a little overpriced for everything and the workers were not friendly. Must be an east coast thing.

Excellent Orca show - 5 star. Hyper vigilant with mask mandate just walking around outside. Covid police staff everywhere. Absurd! 1 star

The worst policies and attitude in the staff. Choose any other disney park to visit but this one! I can't even start explaining myself... Enjoy sunny florida and the other wonderful, cheerful, nice people and entertainment options orlando has to offer. Biggest shoutout to Orlando Lake Tours for saving our day and giving us the most incredible tour of orlando's biggest lakes.

*make sure to get a schedule (pictured), which we only were shown after complaining on our way out. Also the schedule is not entirely accurate as we arrived to closed exhibits that are listed as open on this schedule. We got there 1/7 right at opening time, listed as 10am and should have run away fast when the lines for security/entrance were not clearly marked and caused us to spend a lot of time searching for an opening in the gate. We finally asked a security person at the alternative access entrance and were told he’s not sure where we are supposed to enter and waved us through a random opening. Once inside, there were lots of shops and some flamingos. A great many things were closed/roped off without any indication of when or if they would open. Employees had little or no information and were often confused offering “low staffing” and COVID as explanations. The parks pay people to stand at an intersection to tell you things are closed OR my personal favorite was the employee all the way at the bottom of the orca viewing ramp that waits until you get all the way down to tell you the whale isn’t there and you have to come to the show around closing to see it. Basically if you’d like to shop and attend the scheduled shows but spend the rest of your day waiting/walking around observing closure signs then you’ll likely enjoy it. If you are a local that gets in with the cheap pass that just wants to ride a coaster and leave, it’s also perhaps worth it.
