This was a great museum with lots of vintage cars and history also. We enjoyed the drag racing cars and gift shop but we really liked the older cars. There was other old antique things there too, like signs, gas pumps, type writer, etc...

It's fantastic. My husband went to Don's races. He went to these speedways as a young guy and watched the dragster and funny cars. He raced Sprint cars when we first met which was over 30 years ago so he really loved this museum. He saw both Jungle Jim and Jungle Pam at the track and when he saw his... More

I took my dad and went thru the meet and great and tour. It was a great experience. We got to talk with Big Daddy and see him cakkel a dragster. There is a lot of history in that place. If you like drag racing or antique cars, I highly recommend this place. Have been before and it always gets... More

This place has a really nice collection of classic, vintage, and racing automobiles and equipment. I still say that it's a little bit pricey to visit, but it's still worth a look at.

Whenever we're in the area we go to see the cars, for the fourth time in October 2016. Both exhibitions Drag Racing and Classic Cars, conveniently... More

I am sure my husband would rate this higher as he is a racing fan. I was nice to see the transition of racing and the cars. I liked being able to see the classic cars and the story/history behind them.

Well worth the admission. Many more cars and displays than I expected. Don Garlits is an amazing man. He was at the top of his sport for about 30 years, and lived thru several accidents that would have ended most racers career. It is all on display here, plus a collection of Classics, Antiques, and Muscle cars. There are days... More

Well organized and maintained this place is a time capsule that spans Don's 7 decade career and includes many, many other men and women that made major contributions to the sport. Big Daddy himself was present the day we visited and I was honored to shake his hand. If you are in the area (many will be soon for the... More
