We went a couple of years ago during a car show. It was amazing even got to meet Don Garlits. He was very gracious and even gave me his autograph. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Even if drag racing isn't your thing, this is an interesting museum, as there is also a classic car museum on site too. Main building houses many drag cars, not all built or driven by Garlits himself but the majority are. Engines, damaged parts, trophies,...More

We were looking for rainy day fun the day we visited this museum. I am a NASCAR fan...but was not much on the drags. WOW! what a interesting history. There is short movie on Drivers and highlights of the drags...and more original dragsters then anywhere...More

If you like drag racing this is the place to visit. OUTSTANDING. Also has an antique car museum which is included in the admission price and worth the visit.

If you are a drag racing fan or classic car enthusiast don't pass this place up! After your first trip you will be planning your return visit to see what you missed. So many cool drag cars from the 50,60,70 and 80's

Yes you may take photos at the Museum...we are also pet friendly as long as your pet is on a leash.
