This is a nice park/beach on the North end of NSB across from Ponce Inlet and the lighthouse. The beaches are well sheltered from the Atlantic waves and the surf is quite calm. The dog friendly beach stretches out a few miles and reaches the...More

The boardwalk while it is getting repaired is a bit dangerous in places so you just have to be careful. Doesn't deter the many folks and their dogs from enjoying the walks and the lovely lukewarm waters. Towards the breakwater where the fishermen seem to...More

We love this park. We love to bring our dog and walk around the boardwalk early mornings or late afternoon. Plenty of access points to the beach. They are redoing the boardwalk, but it's worth the pass for us. We go so often. Lovely place...like...More

In desperate need of better signs, in parking area and under glass where the map is now outdated. Hard to know where is open and where is closed for renovation. Dogs running wild off leash, owners ignore rules. Dog poo all over. A shame. Needs...More

This park has several options. We have taken our dogs to the dog beach. It is on the Ponce Inlet and is easier to wade in than the ocean. Quiet setting but you need to be there before the tide comes in. A great place...More

The park is a 1 1/2 mile "boardwalk" through beautiful sand dunes, a gopher tortoise and nature preserve and a great doggie beach. You do have to leash the dog (s) but many have 20 foot and longer "reel" leashes so the dogs can play...More

We love this beach and take our dogs there on a regular basis. Yes it sucks that you have to keep the dogs on a leash but you can still enjoy yourselves. Of course there are people who don't do this and that's especially annoying...More

Dogs must be on leach. Fun in the water and room to lay a blanket and sit. A little bit of a walk so remember to bring everything. No food or water available. No lifeguard. But a fun day at the beach for the dogs...More

Don't think you can use it. But, after 5 p.m. the park is free. If you are staying for more than 2 days and want to go with the dogs during the day. Buy the pass. You can go in and out of the park as many times during the... More

Unfortunately, the boardwalk is not continuous. There is a short stretch between the doggie beach boardwalk and the boardwalk from the parking lot that crosses the sandy foot path. A distance, I'd guess, of 25-30 feet.
