Not really a hike more like seeing a small beach but pretty I would go off season. Pretty beach - but a bit of a haul from Naples area. Restrooms and small food choices but limited.

It is a nice beach and we saw a turtle. But paying for beach access is meh. Additionally the numerous signs for Alligator danger made getting the wife out of the car a challenge.

Unusual for a beach to have trees running up to it. Parking can be a problem although Collier county has a parking lot but you then have to walk. It is worth it if you can walk Need to bring chairs and your own food...More

We normally love this beach when we visit here. It's our favorite. But right now, the red tide is horrible. The water is dark brown, there are hundreds of dead fish on the beach and floating in the water. It will likely be gone in...More

We walked along the beach, had a picnic breakfast at one of the picnic tables, and then rented a canoe and paddled around. It's a lovely beach. We were there the last week of March, and arriving early was a good idea -- it became...More

We visited Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park in May. The beach was beautiful and peaceful. I have heard it gets busy during peak season, but when we went, it felt like a private beach.

This is a lovely park with a very nice beach, but be aware that it crowds quickly. We arrived at 9:30 on Easter Sunday, hoping to beat the crowds only to be turned away from the park by a surly policeman and told to park...More

My family loved this park. I was ecstatic to find out at the gate it was only $6 to get in that’s a steal. Parked both times we went in lot 5. The sand here is harder packed and there are a lot of shell...More

Nope. But financially you would probably come out ahead by just buying a low end mask and and snorkel set, plus flippers at Walmart, Walgreens, or maybe Sears or (opportunistically) Ross. There is a "super" Walmart near... More
