Go early or later, it was so hot when we went about noon. There are many shady places to sit - if we had been with people who didn't have to rest so much, we would have wandered on the paths for hours.

What a lovely set of gardens. We took the short 30 minute tour. Very informative. The dinosaur exhibit was fun and unique. Great relaxing way to spend an afternoon.

I don't think bicycles would be allowed. The trails appear to be for walkers only....and there is great care invested in the gardens. A bicycle could possibly damage the plantings.

You likely can’t walk more than 4 hours. That would do it all. Have a snack or lunch in the wounderful Cafe. Try the french fries they are some of the best you will get anywhere.
