The Conservancy of Southwest Florida a real hidden treasure. We spent the afternoon there and could easily have spent the whole day. Entry is $7.50 per person, although there is a FREE 45 minute narrated electric boat tour of the river. You see Florida nature...More

For nature lovers, this is a worthwhile see if in the Naples area. We drove two hours from the East Side expecting a little more than the web-site described. The hiking trail is a very short nature trail through the "woods" on premises with some...More

Explored the Conservancy of Southwest Florida on a recent trip. The 45 minute electric boat ride trough the mangroves and Gordon River was relaxing and educational. Our guide was very informative as we traveled quietly along. Warning, if you are traveling with a small child...More

Beautiful (if cool) day. Went on the Conservancy's lunchtime boat tour to Isles of Capri and Rookery Bay with lunch at Pelican Bend. Captain and naturalist guide both excellent. Saw dolphin and many birds of many different species. Easy approx. 3 hour trip.

We have gone here each year we visit Naples and are never disappointed. The staff are mostly dedicated volunteers. We always enjoy the small river ride and sometimes luck out and see lots of birds. Wonderful care for injured wildlife.
