Staff was very welcoming and knowledgable. We got tons of information about all places around actually, and 2 free maps with coupons. Very nice. Thank you. We recommend.

It's worth your time to stop by the Visitor Center to find out what's happening in the community. A great resource for any kind of travel, health, legal, culture or social topic. I loved the decor...all brightly decorated and organized by IKEA. Helpful friendly staff!

They have it all here. A great place to stop for community magazines, organization info, what to do and where to go in South Beach and beyond. Definitely a must-stop-by.

WHile in South Beach, stopped here to get the "low down" on the LGBT community in the area. Most welcome and helpful.

We visited South Beach on Labor Day and dropped by the LGBT Visitor Center about noon. Web site said it is open 7 days per week. It was not open; no indication that it was closed for Labor Day; or the opening hours. Door was just locked. After an unhelpful visit at the nearby Art Deco "Welcome" Center, I suppose... More

I found the LGBT visitor center to be a good source of information on the area. Plenty of maps, and brochures. The fellow working the desk was friendly and helpful as he gave pointers to area attractions. I loved the gentle irony of the fact the our welcome center was the first office you see as you enter the justice... More

My partner and I came into Miami for a 5 night stay from NYC never having been before without knowing what to really do. Having said so, we walked over to the center and met Karen Brown who was a pleasure and gave us suggestions for things to see and do as though we were locals. She made us feel... More
